Patrick Ly

senior frontend engineersay hello

Frontend engineer, map nerd, and the person who ends up owning the release pipeline. I build consumer web and mobile products in React, React Native and Next.js, and I like the parts most people avoid: rendering performance, offline, and shipping to the store every week.

An island in contour lines, redrawing itself. Most of what I build is a map of one kind or another.

say hello

I like meeting people, and I reply to every email. If you are building something with maps, 3D or a mobile app, or you just want to compare notes on [City, State], write to [you@example.com].

[One honest paragraph about why you keep this site: who it is for, what you hope happens when a stranger reads it. This is the sentence people remember.]
